Jennifer went above and beyond what I expected throughout the home buying process. She routinely made herself available during nonbusiness hours and ensured I was taken care of due to me being located out of state in a different time zone. Jennifer assisted me in the home buying process as if she was buying the home herself, her attention to details and refusal to accept substandard work by the seller/contractors was what I needed as I was buying the home site unseen. I had the upmost confidence throughout the transaction because of this. Jennifer worked diligently even at closing when she expressed concerns that prearranged conditions were not being met, and helped coordinate steps to be taken to correct the defects. Two months after the closing on my home, I still communicate with Jennifer for advice and information regarding my new home and she has always answered my calls regardless of the closing. “I’m your realtor for life” she would say, and she continues to uphold this.
