About Bethany

I am Bethany Graham. I'm a Cali girl (born and raised) until I joined the Army at 19 years old where I was stationed in Germany for 4 years with a short stint in the Middle East. While in Germany I met my husband, now married for 16 years, and started raising a family of two kids and at a minimum 3 dogs.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland University College (2011) and my Master of Business Administration from the great school of NC State University in 2022 (GO PACK!). I also earned a graduate certificate in Marketing while pursuing my MBA. I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, which means that I have special training in pricing and marketing luxury properties.

I entered real estate after my corporate career wasn’t fulfilling my sense of purpose that I thought it would. My purpose is to serve people, build relationships, and leave the world a better place than how I found it.  My passion is real estate and running my business. I bring with me 7 years of corporate experience, 15 years of military leadership experience, and my extensive education and knowledge to the residential real estate market, and what I don’t know I make sure I learn and understand that gap to be able to apply it to your unique situation.

In my free time I love to ride horses, practice yoga, travel, archery, and relax with a glass of wine or whisky at some sort of body of water.
