Documents were digital and we as buyers could easily review and sign digitally as well. Tom also contacted our loan officer on our behalf to provide info to make for a smooth and swift transaction. Tom goes above and beyond. There was a limited time sale on appliances but I wasn't sure how/if they would fit into our pending home. Tom, without hesitation, arranges with the seller for him to go into the home to take some measurements for us! He was the expert wingman/bro I needed when buying a home.
