I highly recommend Debra Kruger. I recently worked with Debra to sell my mother’s Deerfield house. The sale was quite a challenge as the house had not been renovated since it was purchased 52 years ago and needed a lot of work. Moreover, the house still had all of its possessions in it. Debra recommended an auction company whose owner she knew personally that ensured that after family items were removed everything else was sold, the house was emptied, and the renovations could occur. She recommended which renovations to move forward on to sell the house, and which not to bother with as they would not help the sale. Then through her personal connections with contractors, she arranged for the renovations, which included landscaping, exterior and interior painting, installing hardwood floors, removing older features and appliances, ensuring that the sidewalk and steps were up to code, resurfacing the driveway, and other minor repairs. Debra supervised all of the renovations, kept me informed through e-mails and phone calls, and alerted me of additional work that was needed for my review. This was incredibly helpful for me as I do not live in the state where my mother lives. Debra also recommended an outstanding attorney to assist with the house sale and worked with me step by step on the final sale. She is a true expert in her profession.
