Jen was extremely helpful throughout the process. She promptly responded to our requests for checking out online listed properties be it a new home or a resale. She has a great understanding of the different neighborhoods and builders in the tricities area. She also helped us finding and down selecting the mortgage company which could give us the between interest rates and lowest closing cost.
