First off, if my wife and I could rate Rose higher than a 5-star realtor, we surely would do it! My wife and I were considering a move to the Clearwater due to a career opportunity. Prior to our visit to the area, we reached out to local agents simply to get some information about the area, home prices, and the overall market among other things. Several said they would be willing to provide us some information but Rose was the only one who responded by saying she would be willing to take some time and meet us for coffee. This, mind you, was with no guarantee that we would even be relocating or using her services. Not only did she provide us with information but she also set up a portal specifically with what we were looking for. This allowed us to see what would be available and plan ahead. All of this interaction and effort took place before we even knew we were moving. Once I relocated to Clearwater, Rose went over and above! We looked at 30 homes and thanks to Rose's patience, insight, and honesty eventually found the perfect place in Palm Harbor. One other point, my wife did not make the initial move so, during our appointments, I periodically brought my wife in on a facetime call with Rose serving as her advocate to counter any over-exuberance I may have had with a particular property. I will say that was pretty fun and interesting. The bottom line is that you will not work with a realtor who is more committed to her profession and her customers than Rose Winters.
