About Kimberly

I am married to a wonderful man and we have 4 children and 11 grandchildren.  I am originally from Michigan, but have lived in Florida for over 36 years; most of it in Polk County, but we did live on both coasts of Florida for some periods of time.  My husband is a Florida native, and actually from Polk County.  

I have a very diverse background of experience.  I was employed with local government for nearly 20 years as a City Clerk, Interim City Manager, and Town Administrator.  I worked very closely with Planners and Building Departments as well.  I have experience with zoning, planning, public hearings, development, and more.  These experiences and the knowledge of how development and planning work are very valuable to my clients.  I have great contacts and know where and how to get answers quickly.

I am an animal lover and certified Dog Trainer.  I have 2 dogs and 2 parrots at home. I also enjoy fishing, boating, reading, spending time with family, and traveling.

I have a vast customer service background, which is an extremely important component of who I am.  I know how to treat people with respect, and in turn, earn their respect.  I have great relationships with my customers, and we usually maintain friendships even after we close. 

I received the International Diamond Award with Coldwell Banker Realty in 2021, and the International Sterling Award in 2022. I am a Certified Staging Associate, and a Global Luxury Property Specialist.

I try to be as helpful to my customers and guide them through the processes to alleviate stress as much as possible.  

To me; it's ALL about relationships.
