About Karen

Calling Jacksonville home for most of her life, Karen Giddens is well versed in all the area has to offer.  When the corporation she worked for since college left town, she decided to stay in the place she knows and loves and pursue a field that has been a family affair for years.   During her career in the insurance industry, she had the chance to work in many different roles.  As a project manager, adoption analyst, sales leader and claims professional, she gained the qualities you’ll want in a real estate professional.  One thing that remains constant is her ability to quickly understand an issue, determine the best plan of approach and execute a winning solution.

Away from work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family boating or going to the beach to read her book club's latest selection. Additionally, she holds a passion for volunteering and was recognized as the Volunteer of the Year at the State Farm Jacksonville office for her work at the IM Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless and served on and led multiple fundraising efforts as a member of her children’s school board.
