Over and above I live in an area where condo's like mine sell for around $550+ and none that I am aware of have sold furnished. My circumstances were such that I made substantial remodeling AND wanted to sell furnished. Ben did not discourage me even though it had not been done before. He was positive all the way and sought ways to make it happen and happen it did. With his premarketing my open house was packed and I received an offer that was great for me within 24 hours. As a twenty-year veteran of the Colorado Real Estate Market, I have experienced all the ebbs and flows of that amount of experience.  I'm passionate about my clients and this industry! I'm here to assist Colorado Home Buyers & Sellers with negotiation, market advice, and real estate expertise.  The alphabet soup of letters next to my name under experience may not mean much to you, but it does to other Realtors I do business with daily.

I've been married to Saura Aragon-Prucey for 33 years.  I'm an avid golfer playing in the Saddle Rock-Murphy Creek Men's club for 20+ years and carry a 4.0 to 6.6 handicap. We have loved traveling since we married and have been fortunate to travel to places we never expected.

We owned a small business from 1992-2002 that offered us incentive travel opportunities.  We visited Italy, France, Denmark, Austria, Scotland, Portugal, and England, to name a few.  I look fondly on our time spent and am thankful we were in our 20's when this occurred.  It was entertaining and exhausting.
