Buying in the “impossible” market was not something that we had planned on doing but we stumbled across a house we loved. All of the news broadcasts and articles online talk about how competitive the market is and how difficult it can be to land your dream home. That wasn’t our experience at all and it’s all thanks to Alonna! We contacted Alonna to look at the home on a Thursday morning, she helped us write a competitive and thoughtfully aggressive offer on Saturday, and we were under contract by Sunday, beating out other offers in the process. Throughout the buying process, Alonna explained the different steps thoroughly, was in constant communication, and was more than willing to coordinate with the selling agent to answer all of our questions. So we’ve found the house we love and are under contract (heck yeah!) but wait, now we have to sell and sell FAST! Alonna Olmstead grew up in Thailand for 11 years and moved to Monument, Colorado in 2002. Alonna speaks Thai, absolutely loves Thai food, and there is nothing that she loves more than culture and diversity. Her time overseas was full of adventure, and a ton of experiences that make her grateful for the opportunity to have lived abroad. Not only is she passionate about the work she does, but she is also passionate about living life to the fullest. Alonna loves to laugh, loves meeting new people, loves the outdoors, and loves spending time with family and friends.
