About Raquel

I was born in Norfolk and raised in Virginia Beach. I have lived here almost my entire life. I graduated from First Colonial HS and studied at TCC (Tidewater Community College) and Tidewater Tech for accounting/bookkeeping.  My husband is a General Contractor with the business that we own together, J & R Services, Inc. 

I have been working in real estate industry since 2013.  I enjoy helping my clients buying their first home to their dream home.  I am a passionate and dedicated Realtor working with my clients.  I am with my clients before, during and after a transaction.  My biggest compliment is getting repeat business or a referral from my clients.  I am always studying on trends to help better serve my clients needs.  

I have been involved in the community. I was a dance mom for over 14 years with my daughter when she was in dance.   I was highly involved in my children's PTA, with two years being an PTA President. Along with being the  5th Grade Chair,  hospitality chair and All Night Grad committee.   I was involved in my son's Cub Scouts pack, with two years being the Committee Chair. While in the Troop, I was a committee chair,popcorn kernel and advancement chair. Now as my children grow older, I volunteer in many local projects. I believe these roles have helped me become a strong community member! I have been married to my husband over 27 years and we have two beautiful children and a big dog.  When I am not working, I am enjoying the beach, walking or going on a family vacation, mostly likely to Hawaii. 

I have earned my Real Estate Broker license in the State of North Carolina.  I cover Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern of North Carolina for your real estate needs.
