What do Clients Say?
Best Broker! Monica Beadleston is the most effective realtor I have met in my real estate-centered practice of law in Fairfield County since 1966. Monica represented me as Executor in the listing and sale of a single-family home in Savannah, GA. She personally solicited and selected the contractors who completed the pre-listing restoration and renovation of the premises on time and under budget and quarterbacked the staging, listing, bidding, and negotiation stage of the sale. She was most effective in managing the back-and-forth bidding and contract; she was crisp in conveying and responding to inquiries and her experience in providing accurate evaluations of buyers’ offers was most helpful to me as an Executor in a tough, unfamiliar market. Honestly, she was and is the best realtor I met in over 50 years of active real estate practice; she deserves a five-star plus rating for personal and professional performance as a realtor. Outstanding Service! Within just a few minutes of the interview, we knew Monica was the agent for us. Her calm yet commanding demeanor assured us she would represent our interests well. She came prepared with a market analysis that helped us confidently price our home. Her staging and photography turned our house into a showpiece! We were stunned when an offer came in on the first day listed, for a price we weren’t expecting. Our only disappointment was that Monica wasn’t able to help us find a new home, but that was because we were leaving the state. BTW: We rarely take the time to post reviews, but Monica is well worth the effort. Verified by RateMyAgent

Incredibly easy process by having Monica by my side! Through her network Monica was instrumental in connecting me to local realtors to assist me in the sale of both my home in Connecticut and an investment property in Denver. She advised me on marketing/negotiating strategies, explained everything to me in detail and made herself available to me through every step of the transaction in spite of the fact that she was the referring agent and not the listing agent. I am grateful for her expertise and patience in guiding me through an unfamiliar process and would recommend her highly to anyone. Verified by RateMyAgent

Excellent Agent I have used Monica multiple times with great success. She brings, intelligence, experience and solid advice to the table. Fluent in multiple languages, Monica has the ability to communicate with buyers and sellers from a wide variety of backgrounds. That ability proved very valuable with the sale of the Washington Ave. property. Monica is persistent, without being irritating, and she's resourceful. She is capable of providing a comfortable buffer between the parties when necessary. I can recommend Monica without hesitation. Verified by RateMyAgent

About Monica
Monica Beadleston has been involved with both residential and commercial property at some level for most of her career. Her professional background is in international banking, and she has worked in the financial sector in London, New York, Frankfurt, Berlin, Zurich, Vienna, Miami and Cairo. She began as a real estate investor with the renovation of an historic 1920’s apartment in Manhattan’s landmark Beekman Place, growing this into a small real estate portfolio in Latin America – of residential properties in mixed-use zones that over time were converted into commercial (office/retail) spaces.
She worked with architects and engineers to transform these properties, always acting as principal designer and project director. Her financial acumen and investor outlook bring a fresh perspective to client relationship management. She has been a Realtor since 2006, combining her Wall Street background in sales/research and experience as an investor to work with both on and off-market properties, both domestically and internationally. She treats every property transaction as if it were her own - and strives to bring her extensive real estate experience as buyer, seller, landlord and designer to each of her clients with passion, precision, perseverance and professionalism.
Monica is fluent in five foreign languages and has a working knowledge of Arabic. She was educated at the Aramco School in Saudi Arabia and the Hotchkiss School in Connecticut. Her studies at Rice University included art history, and she has studied art at both the Glassell School of Art in Houston and the Saint Martin School of Art in London.
Monica and her architect husband moved to Savannah in 2014 and have enjoyed restoring an 1899 Victorian home in the Thomas Square Historic Streetcar District, as well as an investment property/1930s bungalow in the Live Oak area. Monica is a licensed Realtor in both Georgia and Florida.
