She explained everything in detail (home buying process, timing, inspections, closing) for us as many times as we needed. She got back to us at all hours of the day with lightning speed. She took the time to look through all documentation, specs, information, and sellers disclosures with a fine tooth comb to make sure everything was just right. She was not afraid to step in with the mortgage company when things needed to move quickly or we needed more info or clarification! She was with us at closing and when there was an issue, she handled it to our satisfaction.
