About Kristin

Kristin Boullion is a Carolina native & has been a resident of the Myrtle Beach area for more than a decade. She lives in Myrtle Beach with her husband (Chris), daughters (Harper & Mabel) and fur baby: Walker. Originally from Durham, North Carolina, Kristin graduated from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2007. She worked on the TV show One Tree Hill as a Production Assistant in Wilmington before moving to Myrtle Beach, taking a job at the WFXB, the local FOX Affiliate TV station, as a Master Control Operator. A year later, she became the Producer of Not the News, a satirical newscast. After six years in that role she had a brief stint at a local digital marketing agency, before teaming up with local real estate agent Kirk Nobles in 2014. In 2017, she decided to venture out on her own. Throughout her career at RE/MAX Southern Shores, Kristin has earned Platinum Club and into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She is licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina as a broker in each. In addition to being a member of the Institue for Luxury Home Marketing, she holds the Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and Certified Distressed Property Expert designations. She and her husband own and self-manage several investment properties, both long and short term rentals, in both South and North Carolina.
