Dave Forehand and his team are amazing to work with. My wife knew Dave from her old job. She always appreciated that Dave was one of the only realtors who cared enough to get to know her, the administrative assistant at her office. She dealt with dozens of local realtors every week. Most didn't take the time to learn her name or ask her how her day was. Every time Dave was in her office, he talked to her and remembered where their conversation had left off. When it was time for us to buy our first house, choosing to work with Dave was the obvious choice. We also spent a lot of time with his buyers agent, Julie. She is such a joy to work with. Together, they educated us on the market, what to look for in a house, and how to negotiate an offer. Dave and Julie are not realtors who show up in expensive dress clothes and tell you how great every aspect of the home is. They are the type of people who bring flashlights and are willing to crawl around in dusty basements to make sure it is the right house. Hello there,

 My name is Dave Forehand. I have been in business for 10 years or 325+ transactions and have done what my people have said was "impossible".  I have done everything from Residential to Luxury Homes, Condos, Vacant Land, Commerial, Business, Leases, Probate/Estates and REOs.  Whatever it is, at this point I am comfortable saying, "bring it on!"

Jessica Steffen is also around to support and coordinate the deal. She is a Licensed-Transaction Coordinator and absolutely amazing! We are hiring currently for additional agents.

We work in Northeast Wisconsin Area. Where we are blessed to have breath taking views of waterfront, forest/farm land or cityscape which change in heavenly fashion with the four seasons. As you would imagine, we have football culture with the Green Bay Packers being in the heart of our territory as Lambeau Field is a unique landmark that brings with it a birth right and tradition of excellence that we try to uphold in our everyday lives. Aside from the Packers, the area offers natural recreations (hiking trails, boating, fishing, golf, camping, etc, plus up and coming big city experiences).  

Outside of work my beautiful wife, Sarah, and I have 2 AMAZING little chicklets! Evan, is my creative one/mini-me. He loves computer club, dinosaurs, and Pokemon (thanks to his Uncle).  Lexi is my bull in the china shop. She has one of the biggest hearts of any kid I know and loves snuggling, but is our major instigator. She can push her brother's buttons in seconds or be an angel for days. Needless to say they keep us on our toes. I also love fishing and camping, dating all the way back to high school, being an Eagle Scout, and am heavily involved in our local Cub Scout Pack.

I am excited to be on this journey and part of such an outstanding elite organization!
