About Dianne

Originally from New York, Dianne Anderson moved to Marco Island with her family in 1976. After graduating from Lely High School in 1981, she moved to Fort Myers in 1983 and has been connected to the Southwest Florida market ever since.

Dianne began her career in retail and commercial banking and served in the role of senior vice president of two local banking institutions. Her primary responsibilities included all aspects of home mortgage lending and commercial lending. Dianne also has extensive experience in interior design services and has worked with many local businesses to create workspaces that foster collaboration and growth for individual companies.

She enjoys boating, fishing and traveling and her lifelong passion is equestrian sports. A former farm owner in Southwest Florida, Dianne now competes at the FEI levels and is a USDF silver medalist.

She holds her U.S Green Building Council designation of LEED AP ID+A and was coordinator of the local chapter programs during 2009 and 2010, focused on sustainable environmental construction of new and existing buildings.

Dianne works hard to build trust and is focused on creating long-lasting client relationships. She holds high expectations for exceptional service and that in turn is what she provides to each of her customers. Dianne is motivated to assist clients in achieving their real estate goals.
