My wife and I have lived in five homes, in five states, and have been lucky enough to work with good realtors each step of the way. Some of the realtors were better than others, but overall, our experience was always felt to be positive. When we decided to sell home number five, it was an easy decision to ask Marna Craig to be our realtor. After all, she was a family friend, and that brings automatic trust and knowing you are working with a great person. We quickly discovered that everything we assumed good realtors did, was in fact average, as Marna truly exceeded all our expectations. After we sold our Brentwood home, we needed to find housing ASAP. We just could not find the right rental to meet our family's needs. We turned to Marna to find us a new home out in the country with some land. We had a mile-long wish list and less than 4 weeks to find something. Marna listened to our specific needs, found us 3-4 properties matching those needs, and set up a day of showings. After seeing the perfect house we made an offer and it was accepted. Marna made everything happen (inspections, appraisals, mortgage, etc) so we could close within 17 days! It kept us from a short-term rental and having to pay our moving company excessive storage fees.
