Deann was amazing! At the height of the crazy real estate market, we were relocating to the area and came into town for ten days. During those ten days she was incredibly patient with us while we acclimated to the crazy market. We also went under contract with all paperwork complete before those ten days were up. What I can say about Deann is that she knows the market, knows how to structure an offer and is very good at developing relationships with other agents, which is to your benefit. All said and done, Deann had us under contract on our dream home in ten days while we heard of stories of others trying to find their home for months. I will also say we did not overpay for the home because of the ground work that Deann did behind the scenes. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that she also took care of us after our house closed. We closed before we made it into town and she made sure all the lights and heat were set appropriately. After 4 long days of driving we drove up to our home and she had everything in the house all set up for us. She went above and beyond making sure we had snacks, towels, paper plates and cups. She made this whole process so much more pleasant and smooth than it could have been. Deann is a rock star and I cannot recommend her enough!!
