About Amanda

Before Amanda found her passion as a Real Estate Broker, she was never too far away from real estate. Amanda’s real estate experience began in law offices where she worked alongside real estate lawyers for many years. In addition, Amanda’s husband is a home builder and founder of Carniello Contracting. In 2008, Amanda decided to follow her passion for real estate and became a licensed realtor in the Greater City of Sudbury. In 2012, Amanda joined the Realty Executives family when Broker/Owner Carl Young opened Realty Executives of Sudbury Ltd. Dedicated to helping the expansion of Realty Executives of Sudbury, Amanda joined the Caswell Team in 2018. A team that was created with a combined 35 years of experience as Realtors. Her time on the Caswell team allowed Amanda to multiply the loyalty, experience and passion that her clients continue to experience with Amanda. The Caswell Team allowed Amanda to gain guidance in creating an outstanding toolkit of resources for both buyers and sellers, as well as lifelong connections with veteran Realtors. Amanda’s dedication to the expansion of Realty Executives of Sudbury continues as she looks forward to taking on new roles at the brokerage. 

Both born and raised in Sudbury, Amanda and her husband are now raising their two children in their hometown.  Amanda provides experience of the Sudbury landscape and firsthand knowledge of Sudbury’s city and marketplace. 

In 2022, Amanda became certified as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. With this designation, Amanda becomes a part of the Realty Executives Collection and has exclusive access to resources and marketing tools dedicated to luxury homes in her marketplace. The Realty Executives Collection is a distinction for the highest producing and most professional Executives.
