My experience with her was a solid 10 and I know a lot about real estate. Colleen Waldoch is an outstanding real estate agent! I was able to get a lot of work done in a short period of time with her amazing attention to detail and efficient utilization of time. She has her homework done well in advance and although she is an assertive saleswomen she never makes the client feel like they are being pushed into anything.
