Geri has been selling Real Estate in North Reading and the surrounding local area for over a decade and has been the #1 salesperson in North Reading for many of those years.  She launched Farrelly Realty Group in December of 2014 and has built a team of Realtors to serve the needs of many clients (old and new) in their real estate endeavors.  Farrelly Realty Group was aquired by Coldwell Banker, New England and is now operting as Coldwell Banker, North Reading/The Farrelly Group. Born and raised in town, Geri is a recognized expert on everything “North Reading”.   As a current resident, Geri and her husband are raising their two sons in North Reading and are very involved in the community. 

To stay current on town infrastructure, local government and economic develop initiatives, Geri has served as a member of the Town Council and as a Chamber of Commerce board member.
