Towards the end of 2013, early parts of 2014, my wife and I started to consider searching for a new home. We saw a house online we liked and called the agent, Brian Burke. Brian met us at the home, showed us around, and from that moment we knew our home search was going to include him. Although we did not purchase that home and ended up looking at a large amount of homes, Brian's committment to our process never waivered. Brian took the time to genuinely get to know what our wants and needs were in a home. Brian made himself available Monday thru Sunday, always responding quickly to any questions we had or if there was a home we wanted to see. My wife and I were eager beavers who would scour the real estate sites for potential homes, sending numerous ones to Brian to setup a showing. Brian would jump on it in a heartbeat, and when at the home would provide us his honest thoughts and feedback on the home. Despite our eagerness, Brian also kept a keen eye and ear out for homes that may not be on our radar. We had a buyer. I would never expect someone in Brian's position, a family man himself, to work weekends but that is exactly what he did in our situation. He called us that Sunday to give us the good news. We couldn't have been happier with that phone call. To make matters even better, the very next day Brian showed us a home in an amazing neighborhood in central CT. At no point did we feel pressured or encouraged to make a decision on anything, I think Brian knew that when we walked into that home that that is exactly what it was going to be, our home. Brian made that happen and in a span of 4 days we sold and bought a home with him. Throughout the time we had the pleasure of working with Brian he became more than just our real estate agent, he became a family friend.
