My wife and I were in the market for what would be our 17th home together. We targeted a community where we had no history. The various subdivisions in Weston were comletely new to Nancy and me. The first thing to notice about Natalia's service to her clients is that she is your advocate, as opposed to being the advocate of just a quick sale. We were impressed with her wllingness to criticize properties we visited. After listening to us about our desires, she was unusually willing to pleasantly doubt whether a given property would provide the housing experience we were seeking. The next highlight of the real estate experience with Natalia was her promptness and knowledge of the communities where she serves as a real estate faclitator. She was the manual of specific knowledge about the Weston market that we badly needed as newbies to the area. Ordinarily, punctuality would be expected. However, the South Florida culture is one that does not hurry. Natalia, on the other hand communicated promptly with us and performed her tasks precisely when she said she would. We really appreciated the respect for our anxieties represented by her timeliness. We have had many realtors over 5 decades, and she is at the head of the pack. Amazing experience working with the agent who always put your interests above all else! We've had incredible experience of working with Natalia on finding our dream home in Weston, FL. We started our search in early spring '21 which was one of the toughest markets for buyers to navigate. With us being the out-of-state buyers Natalia has been our ears and eyes in Weston, keeping us abreast of the properties readying to go on the market, bidding situation, all particulars of Weston's different communities, pros, cons, etc. She must've filmed 50 house showings for us that we went remotely to see. Natalia always put our interests ahead of anything else and was extremely honest with us about the properties and the market. Never pushed us into a deal of any sort and never gave up on us. Her incredible efforts paid off and we found a needle in a haystack - our dream home in Weston for the best possible price! Natalia Echeverri, is awesome, she helped with all the transaction in us finding a home, from day one of going to see homes and the whole process of the closing. She also helped with the set up with the power company, phone company, alarm company, maintenance for the community and you name it. She´s not done just selling you a home, she is done when your are completely set up and comfortable.She even calls after your are set to see if you need her in any way for anything that she is there to help. Super Natalia to the rescue. Any time we ran into a issue or needed assistance I would tell my wife to get super Natalia on it and she was. Natalia helped us acquire a rental house for our relocation to Florida. She was extremely responsive and was on the ball when things needed to get done. Best Agent! I honestly don't know where to start. Natalia is absolutely phenomenal realstate agent. Always there for us for any our questions. Working late hours. She is very friendly and always on top of things. It's been a long process for us to find our house and Natalia didn't give up until we found our amazing house.
