We recently had a terrific experience with Gabriel, purchasing a Jaco condo as an investment property and part-time vacation home. He asked what we were looking for and stayed within our parameters. My wife and I had done a lot of remote research of online listings and shared them with Gabriel. He was quick to point out various pros and cons of each property, based on our goals and needs as he guided us (remotely, I would add, we live in Texas). Since 2001, I've had the privilege of calling Costa Rica home. In 2005, I founded Rock Property Management S.A., a short-term vacation rentals company born from my passion for excellence in hospitality and property care. With roots in luxury hotel management across Costa Rica and Mexico, I’ve built my career on delivering exceptional service—something I bring into every real estate interaction.
I started my career as a Real Estate Advisor in 2021, with Realty ONE Group. Today I am a REALTOR®, affiliated with both US NAR International and the Costa Rican CCCBR, and I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. I have the Resort and Second Home Specialist certification from NAR.
My academic journey includes a BS in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, a prestigious Hotel Management diploma from the Ecole Hôtelière de Genève in Switzerland, and a Certification in Rooms Management from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in New York. This global education fuels my detail-oriented, client-focused approach.
As a native of Mexico and today a proud Costa Rican citizen, I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and French. This allows me to connect effortlessly with a diverse clientele—from first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors to international sellers looking for trusted, local insight.
