We are ever grateful for the incredible assistance we received from Kelsey Varga and her team at Compass. We were looking to do an exchange and eyeing properties in the West North Carolina mountains. If you’re looking for a realtor in WNC look no further. Kelsey was so helpful to us during the process of finding and purchasing our lot. At first I was concerned about purchasing a lot with a HOA but she was great explaining what different HOA’s cover and how it adds value to your lot. This prevented us from purchasing a lot with an HOA that was not actively taking care of the surrounding property.
