All through those months that my husband and I were preparing our house for sale, I had certain concerns on who to get as our realtor because we want to make sure that we can put our complete trust on him/her in regard to the selling of our house. Not only being honest and upfront, she is so efficient in selling the house that even before it was put on the market, we already have two good offers for it; one of which we finally settled on. The closing/settlement was done promptly and without no hitches and we received copies of the signed documents and the money speedily. My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised at the overall smoothness of the whole selling process that it sort of compensated the months of hard work that we put into fixing the house itself. Cristina is such a wonderful agent! From our first meeting she showed us genuine enthusiasm and excitement in helping us find our home. I knew that we were lucky to have her in our corner. She always made herself available if we had any questions or concerns. The housing market in DC is crazy! Once properties go on sale they are literally off the market in a matter of days! Cristina always made sure we were up to date on properties going on the market that we would be interested in and even gave us insight on those places not yet for sale. Anytime we wanted to see a property she made time to show it to us. Even if we needed to see it more than once! Cristina is the best real estate agent in the area!! She knows all the best resources that you will need for home selling and buying: the loan provider, title company, handymen, and contractors! For my home buying in this competitive market, Crisitina was the seller's agent and I didn't have any agent for myself. When I asked for being a dual agent, she respectfully declined the request for the seller's interest. However, she provided very honest and courteous services even to me with knowledge of the market and the home that I was buying. All the resources above she provided to me were the best too.
