To those of you reading this review regarding Connie DiStasio, I can tell you she will go beyond the realm of her expertise in order to find you the perfect home. For example, if there were no new homes on the market she was checking with other listing agents in her company and other real estate companies around NH to find additional homes that were not yet on the market but coming soon.  Connie treated us as if we were family and worked long hours and drove long distances to find the perfect house for us.  We were from out of state, so Connie would take videos of the property and send them to us for review, when we were unable to view properties. When our offer was accepted it was because of her experience with how to create the best irrefutable offer.  With that being said, our closing was very swift and painless.
