Cory is an exceptional, very educated and caring Realtor. 100% will referred him to anyone who is looking for a home and needs help. I was looking for a home with Lennar. The sales agent didn't care for my family needs and was only focus on the sale and money talks. I decided to look for a Realtor and I found 2 but the were not helpful in putting me 1st. No call backs and waited weeks for a reply. I luckily sent an inquiry to Cory regarding a home and he reached out to me ASAP! Cory introduced himself and explain to me what kind of Realtor he wanted to be for me and my family and I took a shot with him and I am eternally grateful I did so. Cory was able to help me find a home quickly and did all the communication promptly while being busy with other families. Cory has lots of resources and knowledge that he shares willingly. I was able to save a lot of money! I was able to find my new home in a beautiful area. Sadly the builders had a hiccup on our the 1st day of entering my new home. I called the builders and they couldnt help due to the time was after work hours. I gave Cory a quick call and he was able to have them fix the issue the same day. Cory was available all day and even til night to male sure everything was To this day I keep in contact with Cory as he became friend to my family.

About Cory

I grew up in Myrtle Beach, SC and graduated from Clemson University. I've been a resident of Orlando since 2005, residing in the Dr. Phillips community.  Professionally, I was an independent insurance agent for over 15 years and sold software to realtors for the past 13 years.  I love real estate as it gives me the flexibility to weave my volunteerism efforts seamlessly into my work week.  Currently, I chair the Dr. P. Phillips YMCA Advisory Board, serve as a board member with the Men of Holy Family Ministry and volunteer to provide scuba therapy to special needs individuals among other philanthropic efforts.  When not selling real estate or volunteering you can find me boating, scuba diving, riding my motorcycle or spending time at home with my dog and working on DIY projects.  I'm thankful for the opportunity to be a part of such a prestigious brand as Coldwell Banker Realty and look forward to helping other agents in any way I can as well as facilitating an exceptional real estate experience for my clients.
