About Shelly

I am a native Phoenician with a diverse background that includes experience as co-owner of a successful luxury homebuilding company.  I am genuinely enthusiastic about the valley of the sun; my appreciation, knowledge and enthusiasm for different communities and the special care with which I treat each client is what I enjoy about working in this industry.  My husband and I have built from the ground up, renovated or ‘extremely’ renovated eight primary residences, a cabin, and a property in Mexico in our 30 plus years of marriage.  That is not to mention the 100+ custom homes that were constructed for others during ownership of the company.  Our family business is custom construction, so I am acquainted with professional, licensed tradespeople and current design trends in addition to the nuances of purchasing vacant land for new-home design and construction.  Take time to check out Identity Construction for modern homes; my preferred custom home builder.  They are experienced in and can handle all phases of custom home construction from design to move in.
