In this area, a realtor like this is hard to come by. Was burned a few times on Marco Island by realtors so I was skeptical when I first met her. Maria was excellent to work with. From the first phone call with my husband and I until our closing she was incredibly professional and attentive. We originally planned on building in Marco Island. On a whim we decided to look at existing/newly constructed homes. We gave Maria a BIG wish list. Maria took us out and showed us many homes. She was able to show us enough homes that we discovered what we considered the perfect home! The home was new construction and 80% complete. Maria, and the Mccarty group, worked as a team to assist us with each step of the process to complete and close on the home. We are not local to Marco which meant that many times we could not be there to answer questions for the builder. Maria was able to send us recordings of the homes progress along with facetime meeting with the builder! Maria went over and beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home!

I CAN’T SAY ENOUGH…. There is nothing that Maria isn’t capable of doing and doing well. Given the real estate firm that Maria works with her experience and qualifications are a given - but her warmth, willingness and impressive work background are added benefits. Her quick thinking and network of business relationships were a huge advantage with a last-minute and unusual document request from the buyer….on the day of the closing! Maria is responsive, a total professional, thorough, detail oriented and a joy to work with. Now that the house is sold I’ll miss talking with her.

We had previously engaged an agent and his wife. We found out by their total abscence (on line, etc.) that they had left Gulf Coast International and were with a new company. Maria assured us that she could (and did) take care of our particular situation, and although it took a little longer than we wanted, she stayed with us giving important guidance through the entire process.
