Born and raised in Coastal Virginia there are few agents that know the market like I do. My husnbd and I own The Agency franchise here in Coastal Virginia.  He runs the Agency and still actively sell.  I pride myself in putting my clients needs before mine and always giving them an amazing experience.  Communication is the number one issue with agents and that is why I do not deal with the small stuff.  I have a team that deals with anything but the client.  When most people say team it is sales agents.  My team is made up of administrative staff that supports me so I can be the best for my client.  I work by referral only so it is of the upmost importace that my client can get intouch with me at all times.  I know this market and i have anything they need here.  That is one thing that they love.  Please know that if you refer me they are simply getting the best of the best.  I have been voted the number one agent in Coastal Virginia for 4 years in a row and that is not easy.  I work hard for my clients and am the most referred agent in the market!!
