Rachel is not only good at what she does but she does her research and is very thorough. The process was so easy. We got to know one another very fast and she listened and paid attention to my likes and dislikes and only showed me properties that she knew I would be interested in. Once we found the property, we focused on the price and if it was fair. If it was fair and we knew I would want other compensation before purchasing the price. We sat down with her and told her things that were a must and allowed Rachel to take the lead with the seller negotiating what it would take for the seller to accept our offer. Once the seller agreed, Rachel provided us with a list of resources including painters, carpet and moving services. What more could you ask for; a one-stop shop with your realtor that could take care of everything. It was important to us to have a realtor that took care of everything. worry free.
