My husband and I have known Joy Hogan since July 2019 when we chose her to help us find a home in Louisville, Ky. Joy worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect home and we felt so comfortable with her we knew when the time came to sell that perfect home, we wanted to work with Joy again. We are rather particular about our home and ask that visitors remove their shoes when in the home. Joy understood completely and took great care to make sure everyone who viewed the home knew they needed to wear booties while viewing. Every request we made she complied, no open houses, no sign in the yard and others. Joy works with an excellent photographer and the photos of the home were magazine perfect. We needed to sell quickly as we had another home to purchase out of state and she came up with a marketing strategy that gave us about 6 or more offers in 3 days. We actually received an offer $45,000 over our asking price. Joy has such a warm, caring personality and she has actually become more of a friend than just a realtor.
