Local knowledge Process expertise Responsiveness Negotiation skills I didn't know what I want at first but she is a good judge of character and learn what I like as we look at houses. Not only she is responsive (within 5 min typically email or text). She is also flexible. I was able to see more listing because she is willing to work after 5 and weekend. She haggles for me during negotiation, big plus if you are not good at it like me. Blunt to seller agents when they are overselling. Give me insight of what to look for as I look through houses. Most importantly, she is willing to give me a buyer coupon discount out of her pocket (not a small amount) even though I didn't bring it up until after the contract is signed. She could've easily said I was too late but she did right by me even if it cost her. Who does that? We relocated to Maryland and needed our house sold in Tucson. This was the first time we sold a house and contacted Lizel to help us with the transaction. Lizel had an initial conference call with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs. She is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find us comparible comps in the area and help us determine a competitive price for our house. She listed our house in just a few days and again used the relevant search engines and real estate databases as a tool to post the listing. Lizel gave us advice on how to show our house and was personally there for all the showings. Within a few days we had multiple offers and we accepted one of them. We believe this was a direct result of Lizel's advice regarding a competitive price and how to show your house. Lizel is a master with the contract negotiations, and helped us come up with a deal that was good for us and made the buyers happy as well. I appreciate the fact that we could sign most of the documents electronically. Lizel arranged for a mobile notary for the closing documents which made the closing seemless especially since we were so far away from Tucson.We found Lizel to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case.
