The first time I met Shay was by phone several months before I was actually ready to buy. I live in NY and of course she’s in Fla. We spent a great deal of time on the phone for many weeks, which was always very informative and fun. By the time the weekend came to actually meet she knew exactly what we needed and was ready to go. We were limited with time and in 2 days we found what we were looking for. She is a dedicated and wonderful person, who goes above and beyond what’s necessary. Shay not only helped us find what we were looking for, she became a good friend too.
