Having originally moved to Solano County in 1967 Rusty is a former US Air Force military brat with past family stations in the US, Europe and Asia. He is a 1976 graduate of Vacaville High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Industrial Technology at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California having graduated from Cal Poly in 1982.

Rusty was a manufacturing engineer in Orlando, Florida with FMC Corp for 5 years and returned to Vacaville, CA in 1987 to pursue a full-time real estate career. He is a licensed CA real estate Broker and active real estate investor with over 36 years full-time experience in real estate sales and investing. He holds the CRS and GRI professional real estate designations.
