Cici Carter is a first-class real estate agent. As a seller, I couldn't be happier with the services she provided, from the moment I sent my first email. We have a large network of (out-of-state) real estate agents in our inner circle, so I was worried my expectations might be too high for a "stranger". Upon our first phone call, Cici was no stranger and it felt like I was talking to family. Throughout the entire process (considering putting the house on the market, to getting it ready to sell, getting it ready to inspect, then appraise, then closing), she was completely transparent. She didn't sugar coat things or set unrealistic expectations. She was upfront and honest, even if it risked our disappointment. Well Cici did NOT disappoint! I am the type of person that needs over-communication. I'm a linear thinker that needs very clear explanations of how to go from A to Z. I have to sit and pray about things before I act, even if that means slowing the process down. Cici eased all my worries, held my hand when I needed it, and communicated to fit my needs. If we needed anything along the way, she was ready with a solution to take some burden off of our shoulders (e.g. finding a cleaner last minute, getting a top notch photographer with drone footage and a video promo, etc.). There was no issue that she wasn't ready to address but she did so with grace and love. Never once did I feel dumb for asking too many questions and I never felt like I was an annoyance (though I'm sure I was). I am beyond satisfied as a client but I believe I also gained a friend. Even my four year old looked forward to our visits with Cici. As we were in the car leaving closing he says to me "I'm going to miss Ms. Cici". That's how big of an impact she made on our family.

CiCi is nothing short of AMAZING! she goes the extra mile and made sure that my families selling experience went seamlessly! From the very beginning, Cici presented us with top-notch service. Very responsive, great follow-through, knowledgeable, and understood our wants and needs. Very personable and yet professional. She was extremely mindful of Covid-19 precautions as we had our baby in tow during showings. Can't wait to work with her again for selling our existing house.

From the very beginning you and your team were knocking down challenges that I do not believe an average realtor would’ve been able to handle but yet you guys found a way to successfully navigate each and every hurdle that did and could’ve come our way. Not once during the process did we ever feel alone as you were there to offer your expertise and whenever we felt as though our hands were tied you jumped in to take the wheel. I was born in Norfolk, VA and grew up in Berkeley, CA and Atlanta, GA. I moved to the Jacksonville, FL area in 2011, where I live with my husband of 22 years. I am a graduate of the University of North Florida, and I serve as the Minister of Music at my local church.
