I am pleased in every way with the service I received from Christie Goldman. She guided me expertly through the experience of buying a house and selling my former home. When I faced competition for the house I wanted to buy, she helped me craft a winning bid. When I needed advice on whom to hire for such tasks as the home inspection, moving my furniture and fixing plumbing issues in the house I was selling, she recommended people who did their jobs well at reasonable prices. Christie paid attention to all the details and demonstrated strong knowledge of the process and the local housing market. When glitches occurred, she guided me through them smoothly. I have ended up with a better house that is more conveniently located for my job and most of my activities, and I was able to sell my former house for several thousand dollars more than the asking price. The bottom line is that Christie did an excellent job, I have no complaints, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house or both.

We've dealt with many real estate agents in our time. Christie Goldman is, hands down, the absolute best I have ever seen. Neither Nordstrom nor The Ritz Carlton have any decided advantage over Christie in terms of service. This was a difficult transaction. Christie handled it with grace, poise, and stayed cool as a cucumber the whole time, which was incredibly impressive. We felt we had an advocate in our corner the whole way, even AFTER the closing. Christie managed our emotions well, which is the hallmark of a true real estate professional in my opinion. She has a client for life with us, as well as any and all referrals we can send her way.
