RJ was randomly assigned to me by Zillow when I expressed interest in a home in Knoxville, and boy am I glad that fate took a hand and put me in the hands of such a dedicated, cheerful and experienced individual! RJ possesses great depth of knowledge of the Knoxville area and exhibited exemplary patience while showing me the hundreds of viewings I asked him to. I was an out-of-towner, (in India to boot), so he had more leg work to do coordinating the timing and setting up Zoom calls to walk me through each property that I got excited about, of which there were many. He was also not shy about steering me away from properties that looked wonderful on the surface but had serious structural flaws. I could tell easily that with RJ it was not about making a quick sale, but about truly trying to match the customer’s needs. And all of that with a smile and the ability to spend all the time you needed to conduct an exhaustive post-mortem on the house you just walked through. He spent MONTHS finding me that home that is as close to perfect as it can get. Not an easy task when you take into account that we searched during 2021-2022, when homes were flying off the market sooner than you could say “Coming Soon”. I highly recommend RJ - I was very fortunate to have him for my realtor!

A tenth-generation Tennessean, R. J. has lived in Knoxville for most of his life. He graduated from The University of Tennessee with a degree in Supply Chain Managment. While he grew up with family members involved in real-estate investing, the fundamental reason for him jumping into a more active role in the market was simple: to help people.
