I met Bree when I was in the middle of a transaction with a For Sale by Owner transaction. At the point that we had met I was certain the transaction was over. The lender said there was nothing else they could do. I called Bree after getting her number from one of her other clients. She immediately acting. She introduced me to her lender partner, Justin St. Clair -Summit Funding, and told him she needed to save this deal. I admit I was nervous and afraid I’d be out the home I so badly needed to purchase.
