Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Four years ago today, we closed on our Florida home. We are so grateful to have found Grace to guide us through the process! After determining that Sarasota was where we wanted to end up, we did a google search for realtors and found a glowing review of Grace. Others commented on how patient she was (she was willing to work with them when they weren't ready to buy, but wanted information), how she got to know your needs, how informed she was about the area and property laws, and how responsive she was to questions. All of this appealed to us, so I reached out...and got a response within 10 minutes. We met the next day and Grace spent about 3 hours getting to know us... what did we like to do, what kind of property appealed to us, what features did we need, where did we like to shop, etc. She answered our questions and walked us through the differences in areas & neighborhoods. And she suggested some properties that might appeal to us to see if we were on the same page. A couple of them happened to be open and we could take a look, if we had time. We did. The very first property we visited was PERFECT for us. We had no intention of buying on the trip, but a few hours later, we put in an offer. Throughout the next few days, Grace promptly answered questions and guided us through negotiations, the inspection, and financing with her recommended broker. All of it was handled quickly and professionally. We are thrilled with the home, our neighborhood, and the experience Grace provided! (We gained a realtor and found a friend in the process!
