Phenomenal, outstanding, hard working, best experience ever! We were so incredibly blessed to have found Sonya to help search for our new home. We were moving from GA to FL and she went above and beyond what we could have asked for. Sonya went to the homes we found online and did a facetime video to show us the inside and outside, and even recorded a video for us to watch later. She would research comps in the area to make sure we were in the ball park with our offer. She answered all of our questions promptly throughout the whole process. She helped us stay on track with HOA applications and other deadlines that had to be met. After closing, she gave us reputable vendors for painting and other service needs. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to move. You'll be blessed by her sweet personality and willingness to work for you. She has truly become a friend throughout this process.

100 Stars if I Could Sonya is the best thing that could ever happen to anyone that is in the process of buying a house. She understands that for you it is more than a house, it is the place where you and your family will start making new memories. She makes a tedious and overwhelming process, very enjoyable and fun.
