Once in a while you come across a special person that makes your world a little more wonderful. For us, that person is Julie Toy. There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible she is! We knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and SO hands-on (she even crawled into creepy attics, basements, and crawl spaces to check insulation for us!) She always had her gadgets and marbles to check for any settling and checked dates on heaters and a/c units. She was always available even if we wanted to see a house in just a couple hours.. she made it happen! She is brutally honest and gives her honest professional opinion to help you make the best decision in such a massive and important purchase in your life. She also really helped to take the pressure off of us when it got overwhelming. It was a bit hectic trying to find a home during Covid and being 7 months pregnant, but she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and calm in the process. She would bring me artisan pickles when we met for showings and even came to my baby shower! She is so much more than a realtor. To us she felt like family and would do the same for any of her clients. We will always have a special relationship with Julie and cannot believe how blessed we are to have found her.

Julie was raised in Raleigh, NC by a family of real estate and small business professionals. Early in life, she learned about community involvement and service to others and has carried those principles with her throughout her real estate career.

She developed sales skills by way of the family business at Blue Ridge Stone Company, working with homeowners, builders, landscapers, and developers. Naturally, her time spent working there, along with other career paths, contributed to her in-depth understanding of the real estate market, making her the well-crafted Realtor® she is today.

Julie enjoys seeking out homes that would be a good fit for buyer clients, and she loves to share fun facts or hidden pieces of history about different communities and areas. She feels it is an honor to help others with one of the largest and most important financial investments of their lives and help make her clients’ dreams come true.
