 A Chapel Hill resident since 2007, Debbie Everly arrived in Chapel Hill with two daughters, two cats, a puppy and a large goldfish named Fish. She immediately loved the area (tied only to Seattle for best places to live) and settled in with the homeschooling community where her girls thrived. Now, many years later, Debbie is strongly tied to the community through great friendships and community engagement.

Debbie is a longtime Special Olympics Orange County volunteer coach, a Guardian Ad Litem volunteer and Board Chair for a very active non-profit, Orange County Living Wage. Through these volunteer opportunities and other local involvement, Debbie is always on the lookout to make the Triangle an even better place to live!

Debbie began her real estate career as adiministrative/marketing guru for her current team - the Taylor Brauer Realty Group. With such a great introdution to real estate, getting her license and transitioning to a full-time licensed real estate professional seemed to be the next logical step! Debbie is proud to serve the Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Durham, Pittsboro, Raleigh and the greater Triangle area. And, she is proud to be a part of such a collaborative team!
