This is my first house, for a minute I thought we were not going to be able to purchase a home due to the first loan officer advisements which I did not believe was the right move at the time, I decided not to buy and maybe wait a bit more, Jesus knew that I was ready to buy a home, after I took the decision that I was not going to apply for the loan, and he could tell that it got me a bit down he calls me the next morning and told me that he was thinking all night about the options that we could have for the loan, he introduced me to another lender and it was a perfect match, what I loved about the situation is that Jesus took his time and knew that we really wanted to buy and he went far and beyond to make our home buying a reality without any bumps and always thinking of our piece of mind and benefit. Normally, acquiring a commercial property can take up to 90 days, but he managed to streamline everything and accomplish it in just 60 days. Attention to detail and professional We had just given up on purchasing a home because the mortgage company was being dificult and the agent we were working with was leaving everything up to us to figure out, so we gave up. My landlord recomended we talk to her agent we were very skeptical and going in we said we were not going to get our hopes up. Again because in May 2022 we wanted some insight for a house and an overrated real-estate agent told us that it wouldn't happen the only way was to save 20% for a down payment we were crushed. We gave Jesus a call frist thing I though was he's just going to ask for all our info via phone call but he DIDN'T! He scheduled time out of his busy day to meet in person we told him our situation and blandly told him that we know we don't qualify because of who we talked to in May he looked at us and said " You do qualify, let's see pre approvals for a mortgage, but by the looks of it you qualify for a home in this price range". My name is Jesus De La Rosa, I was born and raised in Colombia. When I was 13 years old, my family and I moved to Utah, USA. I am happily married to my wife Carmen, and we have one child who is 17 years old.

Professionally, I have had the opportunity to own several businesses, but I found my true passion in real estate. I began my career as a real estate agent in 2006 and have been actively involved in the industry ever since.

Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to receive numerous accolades and recognitions for my work. I am proud to have won the Realtor 500 award in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, which highlights my outstanding performance as a realtor.
