It is hard to find a realtor who performs as promised. Katy is a rare bird here -- she does what she promises, but goes well beyond. She is an extremely hard worker, user friendly (hard to find), highly knowledgeable, very ethical, and focuses like a laser getting the transaction closed. Proficient in 5 languages, I tell you, folks, she is a diamond in a mine full of gravel stone. You will never hire a finer pro. I am just darn lucky to have had her handle my home sale -- writeups like mine mean there will be a line of folks begging her to take their case. She does everything, knows everything, and I felt good writing the commission check.

Katy gave us 110% as we searched for our home. She helped us to understand a lot of things about the market in our area, and was very patient as we looked at, and rejected, so many houses. Based on reviews, I contacted Katy and she (and her associate Alex) responded within 24 hours. I was feeling a bit low as we had contacted a couple of other realtors who had not responded. This was the first time we'd sold a home and didn't know what to expect. Katy made the entire process easier, clear and fast. They had people out taking pictures of the home within 3 days of our signing the exclusive listing with them. We are in North Carolina and the entire process had to be conducted from afar... as the home was in Florida. We've had many realtors in our life but this was the first one that ever helped us every step of the way and made us feel that they truly had OUR best interests at heart (including at least 3 different buying agents over the 20 years of home ownership). They truly went above and beyond... I cannot thank them enough... Katy and Alex were the Dream Team and made our first realtor selling experience seamless.

I don't know where to begin because she has gone above and beyond my expectations of a Realtor and has helped us with this process to be as smooth as possible. Working with Katy has been amazing. I'm in NY selling my parents property in Florida during Covid. (Which btw we sold at full asking price!) It has been overwhelming and stressful but Katy made it as simple and easy as possible. She thought of all the details. She genuinely cares for her clients and their needs. She is quick, attentive and diligent in getting the job done. She did everything she could from contacting other professionals to help us fix up our home properly (we rented and the previous tenants destroyed our home). She is patient and she is honest to all parties involved in selling/buying home. If I ever need another agent I know I will only compare to her and she set a bar so high I don't think will ever be reached. Wish I had a Katy in NY!!!

We closed in December 2019 on a wonderful property that Katy helped us secure as our realtor. We purchased a second home condo in Palm Beach County. Our search began in March of 2019 and we dealt with Katy sometimes in person, but often communicated long distance when we were at our primary home out of state. For seven months, Katy was our advocate for the entire journey. She remained patient regardless of where our criteria shifted or changed over the months. She is very knowledgeable in her industry and her ability to speak several languages was a great asset when exploring different properties. Our interests and needs were always her top priority. She is ethical, responsive, well connected in the industry, hard working, upbeat and personable, a good listener, and a warm and caring human being.
