As the trusted real estate professional for my clients, I understand that buying, selling, and even renting a home is complicated and profoundly personal. There is also a lot at stake financially and emotionally. This perspective on the process, and the responsibility felt towards my clients, drives me to constantly hone my craft as an advisor. I understand the market, the parties to a transaction, and the variables involved in a real estate transaction. I ensure all players are involved where necessary to have as smooth a transcation as possible. My goal is to make sure you feel supported and that you have a trusted advisor in your corner.

As a seller, we share the same goal to effectively, and beautifully, market your home and then negotiate to secure the highest price possible and cleanest terms for the sale. As a buyer, I will be your patient yet assertive partner, to help to buy the right home for you at the best possible price for the market and your budget. To put it mildly, you want to make sure you don’t leave any money on the table as a buyer or seller. This is where I come in as your partner, consultant, negotiator, and project manager. 

I began my real estate career in 2015 by getting my license first in Virginia and then Maryland. In 2020, I added North Carolina to the mix because my husband and I were stationed at Ft. Liberty, NC (formerlly Ft. Bragg). Since getting into the industry, I have built my business relying on impeccable customer service not only to my clients, but also to every party in the transcation from the loan officer, title company, and the Agent on the other side of the deal. I work hard to keep ahead of the curve, combining market research, technology, and understanding client needs. 

My secret weapon, and the reason for the 5-star client reviews, is directness, transparency, communication, elegant home staging and compelling listing marketing, expert negotiations, and the project management skills, which are used to keep people and deals on track — peacefully and professionally. This ability is contributed to a combination of my natural instincts and my continued interst to learning through ongoing training and education. I'm learning that most Agents do the same thing in this industry, but I'm also learning that how they do it is what sets them apart from the rest. I can truly say that how I treat my clients, all members to the transaction, and my love for learning continues to set me apart and continues to carve out a lane for me in real estate. 

On a personal note, I care very deeply about my client’s individual situation, goals, and dreams. North Carolina is very different from the Virginia and Maryland markets, but overall, real estate is exciting, challenging and often exhilarating. Pastor Calvin Roberson (AKA Pastor Cal from Married at First Sight) says "Marriage ain't for punks!" Well neither is real estate! 

To play a part in helping you get what you want — whether it’s selling your home in Maryland to retire in Virginia, relocating from South Carolina to Maryland because of a military relocation and needing to buy in less than 45 days, purchasing your first investment property from a family who has to split the proceeds 10 ways, buying your first home after 40 years of renting,  or buying a home that has to have both acreage from his shooting range and squarefootage for her needs to be met — it is ALL incredibly gratifying to me. (And yes, those are all real-life examples!)
