During the negotiating period, Misty again proved her competence, integrity, and knowledge of the local market. Both Seller and Buyer were happy with the outcome. The whole process seemed seamless and simple since Misty was so reliable. She was always available to welcome and help with any questions we brought her. Misty Gillikin is a master at her craft. I wish there were more like her.
