I’m Laurie Evans, president of The Real Estate Studio and a Raleigh native with deep roots in the Triangle. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in new construction and infill properties, bringing intentional design, hospitality, and elevated service to every client and builder I serve. My real estate journey began long before my career—spending afternoons with my grandparents in new home communities instilled in me a deep appreciation for the craft and the experience of home.

For me, real estate is more than a transaction—it’s about creating unforgettable experiences. I merge design, strategy, and exceptional service in every interaction, anticipating needs, following through with integrity, and protecting my client’s vision at every step. Clients feel cared for, partners feel supported, and team members feel empowered.

I love growing alongside my clients—helping first-time buyers find their dream homes, celebrating milestones, and guiding the next generation as they purchase homes of their own. My local expertise runs deep, from hidden gems across the Triangle to the complexities of infill development and land valuation, ensuring every client navigates our fast-growing market with confidence and clarity.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling for great food, shopping at HomeGoods, and spending time with my daughter, Ellie. I have a twin sister, which always surprises people!
