Len helped our family purchased a condo at the Loft in Pier Village. During the process, Len was very friendly and patient showing us the units available for sale and answer all our questions. After we chose the unit we wanted to buy, he helped us negotiate with the builder. After the contract was signed, he also helped us get access to the condo so we could bring in contractors for the work we wanted to get done after closing and before we move in. This saved us a lot time. Len is trustworthy and easy to work with. We highly recommend having Len as your real estate broker!
